The present invention relates to a method for producing corn musth extract having an increased content of maysin comprising treating corn beard extract with Novozym 33095 enzyme. The corn bean extract prepared by the method of the present invention has an increased antioxidant and whitening effect as well as an increase in the content of meicin.본 발명은 옥수수 수염 추출물에 노보자임 33095(Novozym 33095) 효소를 처리하는 단계를 포함하는 메이신(maysin)의 함량이 증대된 옥수수 수염 추출물의 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 제조방법으로 제조된 옥수수 수염 추출물은 메이신의 함량이 증대될 뿐 아니라, 증가된 항산화능 및 미백 효과를 가진다.
