PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a finger vein authentication device, with small size and high accuracy, which can be applied to a small-sized information processor such as a portable telephone, and to provide an information processor using this device.SOLUTION: A finger vein authentication device comprises: a light source 3 for irradiating a finger with light an imaging element for picking up a vein image by the light which are scattered in the finger and transmitted through a cushion side of the finger and an image processing part for processing the pickup image.
