The present invention relates to agricultural vinyl having seeds embedded therein for natural germination. More specifically, the agricultural vinyl comprises: a vinyl layer (10) having hole portions (11) a first culture medium layer (20) formed on the top of each hole portion (11) a second culture medium layer (30) formed on the top of the first culture medium layer (20) and seeds (40) inserted between the first culture medium layer (20) and the second culture medium layer (30), wherein the first culture medium layer (20) and the second culture medium layer (30) are successively attached to the top of the vinyl layer (10). The first culture medium layer (20) and the second culture medium layer (30) are made from a water-soluble material which is thin paper, paper using starch, edible paper, or edible vinyl. Furthermore, the first culture medium layer (20) and the second culture medium layer (30) selectively include components required for plant growth. The components required for plant growth can be inserted into a space (t) formed between the first culture medium layer (20) and the second culture medium layer (30) according to need. Therefore, there is no necessity for separately forming the hole portions (11) by an agricultural boring machine when a grower works, and convenience is provided in a cultivation process of plants. Furthermore, the agricultural vinyl allows various kinds of seeds (40) to be selectively inserted to impart diversity to cultivated plants and has an excellent effect on plant growth.
