The present invention relates to an LED lighting device for growing a plant which comprises: a substrate where a plurality of LED lamps are installed； electrode caps installed in both end portions of the substrate； electrodes installed each end portion of the electrode caps, and applying an electric current to the LED lamps； and a controller having an ADC circuit and a stabilizer, and installed in the electrode cap on one side. The LED lamps comprise: white color light LED lamps, celadon green color light LED lamps with 430 to 460 nm wavelength； and red color light LED lamps with 630 to 680 nm wavelength. The white color light LED lamps, the celadon green color light LED lamps, and the red color light lamps are installed at a ratio of 7 : 1 : 2. The LED lamps are installed in three rows and multiple columns on the substrate. The white light color LED lamps are selectively installed in a first row and a third row of the substrate, and are all installed in a second row. The celadon green color light LED lamps are selectively installed in the first row and the third row of the substrate. Two or three white color light LED lamps are installed between the celadon green color light LEDs. The red color light LED lamps are selectively installed in the first row and the third row of the substrate. One white color light LED is installed between the red color light LEDs.
