PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To locally and intensively give stimulation while obtaining the touch of a finger pressure in scalp.SOLUTION: A first rotary plate 13 is provided on the opening 11a of a housing 11 in the scalp case device 10, and a proximal end 12a of a treater 12 is supported at the edge part of the first rotary plate 13. Further, a first drive motor 17 is connected to the first rotary plate 13.
