The device contains a binocular frame on which for each eye there are mounted elements of electromagnetic effects made in the form of IR diodes and magnetic elements located on a line, the shape of which corresponds to the orbital part of the circular muscle of the eye, lasers and a block for generating stimulating signals, the outputs of which are connected to the elements electromagnetic exposure; the binocular frame consists of a body with behind-the-ear arches, a face mask adjacent to the face providing protection from external illumination, a mechanism for adjusting the center-to-center distance associated with the lasers, ensuring their position in the center of the pupils, and a light-protective lining located on the outside of the binocular frame body as well as a control panel connected to the stimulating signal generating unit, while the stimulating signal generating unit and the center-distance adjustment mechanism are fixed on the housing and located in the cavity of the light protection cover, and the face mask is made of elastic material. The stimulating signal generating unit contains a programmable microprocessor, electronic keys, a modulator and a power source, and the magnetic elements are made in the form of miniature permanent magnets located inside the inductive elements, while the control panel is connected to the inputs of the programmable microprocessor, the outputs of which are connected via electronic keys to the IR diodes, lasers and the control input of the modulator, the outputs of which are connected to inductive elements. Impact elements are mounted on printed circuit boards and are arranged at regular intervals along a closed path and with alternating IR diodes and magnetic elements. The device provides a combined effect on the circular and longitudinal muscles of the eye and adjacent areas with light radiation and a magnetic field.
