摘要:
Use: in medicine, and more particularly in ophthalmology for the treatment of amblyopia. Essence: the claimed device comprises: a binocular frame having, for each eye, elements mounted thereon for providing electromagnetic stimulation, said elements being configured in the form of infrared diodes and magnetic elements arranged in a line that corresponds in shape to the orbital portion of the orbicularis oculi muscle; lasers; and a unit for generating stimulation signals, the outputs of which are connected to the electromagnetic stimulation elements, wherein the binocular frame consists of: a body having temples; a face mask that snugly fits to the face to protect against ambient light; a centre-to-centre distance adjustment mechanism coupled to the lasers to enable the positioning of said lasers relative to the centre of the pupils; and a light-protective shield disposed on the outer side of the body of the binocular frame, and the device further comprises a control panel connected to the unit for generating stimulation signals, wherein said unit and the centre-to-centre distance adjustment mechanism are attached to the body and are disposed in the cavity of the light-protective shield, and the face mask is made of an elastic material. The unit for generating stimulation signals comprises a programmable microprocessor, electronic switches, a modulator, and an electric power supply; the magnetic elements are in the form of miniature permanent magnets disposed inside inductive elements; and the control panel is connected to inputs of the programmable microprocessor, outputs of which are connected via the electronic switches to the infrared diodes, to the lasers and to a control input of the modulator, the outputs of which are connected to the inductive elements. The stimulation elements are mounted on printed circuit boards and are arranged at regular intervals along a closed trajectory such that the infrared diodes and the magnetic elements alternate with one another
