PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a tablet from entering a neighboring compartment through a gap between a lower surface of a mass of a pre-dispersing cassette and an upper end of each compartment of a multi-row conveyor in a tablet hand-dispersing device. SOLUTION: A pre-dispersion cassette 26 in which a bottom surface of a mass is formed by a shield plate 104 that can be opened and closed, and an upper surface opened below the pre-dispersion cassette and provided so as to face each mass respectively, and a shield plate is provided. By opening, there are a plurality of rectangular boxes 109 for containing the medicines that fall, and a transfer device 106 that connects these boxes to each other and transfers them in the row direction, and the transfer device transfers the boxes. By this, the medicine is received from the box body at the front end in the transfer direction and is provided between the packaging section for enclosing it in the packaging paper, the bottom of the pre-dispersion cassette, and the upper end of the box body of the transfer device.
