PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a computer device which simulates a defibrillation threshold of an implantable cardioverter defibrillator and a degree of cardiomyopathy caused therefrom, and determines an optimal implantation site.SOLUTION: A computer device includes: storing means for storing data of a human body model whose conductivity for each predetermined site is set; setting means for setting, in the step S120, plural lead indwelling sites at which leads connected to an implantable cardioverter defibrillator body can be indwelt; calculation means for calculating, in the step S130, a defibrillation threshold corresponding to the conductivity set for the human body model and a capacity of receiving cardiomyopathy, for all combinations of plural defibrillator body indwelling sites and the plural lead indwelling sites, and further, obtaining, in the step S140, combinations by which a value of a function becomes a predetermined value, the function including as variables, the defibrillation threshold and the capacity of receiving cardiomyopathy obtained by the calculation; and output means for outputting, in the step S180, a defibrillator body indwelling site and a lead indwelling site for the combination obtained by the calculation means.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
