The stairlift chair device of the present invention has a plural linear rail groups of a combined type, a plurality of combined rail groups and a lift chair group arranged on the rail groups. The driving wheel of the lift chair group is engaged with the driving rails of the rail groups. The combined rail groups are interconnected with the linear rail groups.
