The present invention relates to a technology for effectively sterilizing food on a food display stand formed long in a transverse direction and highlighting texture of the displayed food. A sterilization line part is arranged in a linear form to correspond to a structure of the food display stand installed long in the transverse direction, so it is possible to uniformly form an effective sterilization area on a mounting rack of the food display stand with a small number of sterilization LEDs. In addition, a lighting line part is arranged in a linear form to correspond to the structure of the food display stand, so different color families of visible rays are irradiated according to kinds of food displayed. According to the present invention, ultraviolet rays emitted from multiple sterilization LEDs form the effective sterilization area overlapping linearly along a top surface of the mounting rack. Thus, it is possible to uniformly sterilize the top surface of the mounting rack even if the sterilization line part performs sterilization operation for a short period of time.본 발명은 횡방향으로 길게 형성되는 음식 진열대 상에 놓여진 음식을 효과적으로 살균함과 아울러 그 진열된 음식의 식감을 부각시킬 수 있도록 하는 기술로서, 횡방향으로 길게 설치되는 음식 진열대의 구조에 대응하여 살균 라인부를 선형으로 배치함으로써 적은 개수의 살균 엘이디를 가지고 음식 진열대의 거치랙에 대해 유효살균영역을 균일하게 형성할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 음식 진열대의 구조에 대응하여 조명 라인부를 선형으로 배치함으로써 진열된 음식 종류에 따라 다른 색상계열의 가시광선을 조사하도록 하는 기술에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따르면, 복수 개의 살균 엘이디가 조사하는 자외선이 거치랙의 상면을 따라 선형으로 중첩된 유효살균영역을 형성함에 따라 살균 라인부가 짧은 시간동안 살균 동작을 수행하여도 거치랙 상면을 균일하게 효과적으로 살균하는 장점이 있다.
