The invention also relates to such unsaponifiables or compositions for their use as a medicament, as a medical device, as a dermatological agent, as a cosmetic agent, or as a nutraceutical, for human or animal purposes.La présente invention concerne l'utilisation d'au moins un co-produit de l'industrie du raffinage des huiles végétales pour obtenir un insaponifiable total purifié d'huile végétale débarrassé des impuretés initialement présentes dans ledit co-produit, avantageusement débarrassé des composés sapides et odorants et/ou des composés chimiques résultant de l'altération et de la dégradation des huiles végétales. L'invention concerne également un procédé d'obtention d'un insaponifiable total purifié d'huile végétale à partir d'au moins un co-produit de l'industrie du raffinage des huiles végétales. L'invention concerne également un insaponifiable total purifié d'huile végétale susceptible d'être obtenu par ce procédé, ainsi que des compositions contenant un tel insaponifiable.
