Provided is a moving type small-sized robotic ball chair which solves the problem of a conventional wheelchair causing a user to have difficulty in rotating or changing directions by himself or herself in a room with a narrow space like a house and the problem of a conventional small-sized wheelchair that makes the user exhaust physical strength readily as it is manufactured manually and is controlled by strength of the user&prime；s arm, and includes a foldable chair and a mobility assisting robot in order to change the form according to the user&prime；s purposes, thereby allowing the user to freely move even in a narrow room, enabling the user to smoothly move in 360-degree directions without rotation or a change in directions, promoting the user&prime；s social participation since the user can move while controlling the robot by himself or herself without help, enabling the user to control remotely, and allowing the user to use as a wheelchair or a cart by changing the form according to purposes.본 발명에서는 기존의 휠체어는 가정집과 같은 행동반경이 협소한 실내에서의 사용자 혼자의 힘으로 회전 및 방향전환이 어려운 등 가정용으로 적절치 못하고, 부피가 작은 휠체어의 경우 수동으로 제작되어 휠체어를 사용자의 팔힘으로 제어함으로 사용자의 체력이 금방 소진되는 문제점을 개선하고, 사용자의 용도에 따라 형태를 변경하고자, 접이식 의자, 이동 보조 로봇이 구성됨으로써, 부피가 작아 통행로가 좁은 실내에서도 이동이 자유롭고, 회전과 방향전환 없이도 360도 원하는 방향으로 이동이 가능하여 사용자가 원활하게 이동할 수 있고, 타인의 도움을 받지 않고 사용자의 힘만으로 로봇을 제어하여 이동할 수 있어 사회참여를 도모할 수 있고, 원격으로도 제어가 가능하며, 사용자의 용도에 따라 형태를 변경하여 휠체어와 짐수레를 혼용하여 사용할 수 있는 실내용 소형 이동 보조 볼체어 로봇을 제공하는데 그 목적이 있다.
