PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multiwavelength laser device for photodynamic diagnosis/therapy, allowing efficient PDT (Photodynamic Therapy) and PDD (Photodynamic Diagnosis), and allowing confirmation of a tumor tissue in the PDT and high-accuracy detection of red fluorescence using a photodetector.SOLUTION: This multiwavelength laser device for photodynamic diagnosis/therapy includes: a pulse laser light source 1 including laser oscillators 11, 12 capable of emitting laser light L1 having a peak wavelength of 395-415 nm and laser light L2 having a peak wavelength of 625-645 nm, and a pulse generator 14 pulsing the laser light L1, L2 a light guide optical system 2 leading the plurality of pieces of laser light L1, L2 to one part and optical fiber cable 3 capable of irradiating an object with the laser light L1, L2.
