Process for manufacturing a catheter assembly (10) having a lumen, comprising the steps of: providing a mold (610) having a cavity (660) defining a part (20) of the catheter connection mouth and one part (56) of the catheter tube, the part of the catheter connection mouth and the part of the catheter tube being in fluid communication, with one another； positioning a central bolt (640) inside the cavity to define the lumen of the catheter, the central bolt being positioned in a substantially non-tensioned manner, characterized by injecting a prepolymer into the mold so that it subsequently polymerizes and forms the assembly of catheter.Procedimiento para la fabricación de un conjunto (10) de catéter que tiene un lúmen, que comprende las etapas de: proporcionar un molde (610) que tiene una cavidad (660) que define una parte (20) de la boca de conexión de catéter y una parte (56) de tubo de catéter, estando la parte de la boca de conexión de catéter y la parte de tubo de catéter en comunicación fluida, una con la otra； posicionar un perno (640) central en el interior de la cavidad para definir el lúmen del catéter, estando posicionado el perno central en una manera sustancialmente no tensada, caracterizado por inyectar un prepolímero al interior del molde para que polimerice subsiguientemente y forme el conjunto de catéter.
