Described is a Continuous Molding System by Immersion, which comprises a modular system for transporting molds through ovens by means of a set of chains hinged by pins and sprocket type gears, which is actuated by motoreducers programmed by a PLC, the present invention having a plurality of sensors for detecting the transit of the molds which are moved forward or rearward in the different areas of the system, these molds being placed at the entrance of the system in the preheating oven for resetting the process in an indefinite manner, the inventive system offering a viable alternative different from the rotational and linear system.Se presenta un Sistema Continuo de Moldeo por Inmersión, el cual comprende un sistema modular de transporte de moldes a través de los hornos por medio de un juego de cadenas articuladas por pernos y engranes tipo estrella (sprocket), accionada por medio de motoreductores mismos que son programados por medio de un PLC, el SCMI cuenta con un pluralidad de sensores que detectan el paso de los moldes para avanzar o retroceder a estos en las diferentes áreas del sistema, esto moldes se colocan al inicio del sistema en el horno de precalentado para reiniciar el proceso indefinidamente, el Sistema Continuo de Moldeo por Inmersión presenta una alternativa viable y distinta al sistema rotatorio y lineal.
