The invention relates to a device (1) for introducing elements into a body, having a hollow guide tube (2) able to receive an element to be introduced, a push rod (3) provided so as to slide in the guide tube (2) between a proximal position and a distal position in which it expels the element from the guide tube (2), a fixed handle (4) coupled to the guide tube (2), and a mobile handle (5) coupled to the fixed handle (4) by a first pivot connection (7) and to the push rod (3) by a second pivot connection (8). The device is characterised in that the mobile handle (5) is extended by a spring tab (54) with which it forms a one-piece component and which tends to return said handle to the open position.Un dispositif dintroduction (1) déléments dans un corps, comportant un tube de guidage (2) creux apte à recevoir un élément à introduire, une tige de poussée (3) prévue coulissante dans le tube de guidage(2) entre une position proximale et une position distale dans laquelle elle expulse lélément du tube de guidage (2), une poignée fixe(4) couplée au tube de guidage (2), une poignée mobile (5) couplée à la poignée fixe (4) par une première liaison pivot (7) et à la une tige de poussée(3) par une seconde liaison pivot (8), remarquable en ce que la poignées mobile(5) est prolongée par une languette ressort (54) avec laquelle elle forme une pièce monobloc et tendant à la ramener dans la position ouverte.
