A composition for improving a persons libido and rejuvenating the skin. The composition includes effective amounts of a human sex hormone, such as testosterone or estrogen so as to increase the users hormone levels. The composition further includes hyaluronic acid that serves to tighten or moisturize the users skin, particularly the skin near or around a sexual organ. Some embodiments further include a pheromone for providing a relaxing effect on the user and to help improve the users mood. In some embodiments, the composition further includes stem cells for promoting repair and rejuvenation of damaged tissue in sexual organs. The composition is preferably provided in a cream so that it is adapted for topical application directly to the users skin.
