Ainsi, l'invention concerne un nouveau mammifère non humain et équivalent, qui peut être utilisé comme modèle du glaucome à tension normale.本発明はc-Srcタンパク質のCdk5リン酸化部位であるSerをAsp又はGluに置換する変異をSrc遺伝子に導入した遺伝子改変非ヒト哺乳動物を提供する。これにより、正常眼圧緑内障モデルとして使用し得る新たな非ヒト哺乳動物などが提供される。
