PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To non-invasively measure biological components from a subjects ocular fundus in an optical scanning measuring apparatus.

SOLUTION: This optical scanning measuring apparatus 1 includes an optical scanning mirror 13 for two-dimensionally scanning the subjects ocular fundus 30 with a visible light from a visible light source 10 and an infrared light from an infrared light source 11. This apparatus further includes a visible light receiving section 16 for receiving the visible light reflected from the ocular fundus 30, and a signal processing section 18 processing a signal from the infrared light receiving section 17 for receiving the infrared light. The signal processing section 18 forms the two-dimensional image of the ocular fundus 30 based on the signal from the visible light receiving section 16 and measures the biological components of the ocular fundus 30 based on the signal from the infrared light receiving section 17. This constitution can highly accurately measure the biological components non-invasively from the ocular fundus.
