The present invention relates to an electric heating mat with infrared radiation waves. When painted tourmanium powder is inducted by applying a pull-in voltage to thermal energy generating an electric resistance line, infrared radiation waves are emitted to make vibrations of a fine wavelength in a human body to promote the metabolism of cells, and thus, blood circulation becomes smoother and the balance of autonomic nerves is normalized, so the present invention is capable of supplementing the temperature of the human body and obtaining a physical reaction treatment effect. Electric heating wires are placed with a gap of 4cm(10%) on a heat radiation surface placed on the surface of an insulator with a gap of 5mm. Four thermal temperature sensing control devices (90C) and an automatic power cutoff timer are installed on the heat radiation surface as part of the supplementation of safety devices. The heat radiation surface is primarily painted with nonmetal electric tourmanium powder, and then, the heat radiation surface is secondarily painted with the tourmanium powder by covering the primarily painted heat radiation surface with a veil, followed by covering the secondarily painted heat radiation surface with a veil and infrared radiation waves are emitted to enable permeation into the human body.본 발명은 전기 저항선이 발생한 열에너지를 인입전압을 적용해 도장된 토루마늄 분말을 감응시킬 때 발생하는 원적외선 방사파 방출로 인체 내부에 원적외선 미세파장 진동으로 세포의 신진대사 작용을 촉진시켜 혈액순환을 원활하게 하고 자율신경 밸런스를 정상화함으로써 인체에 부족한 체온을 보강하고 문리적 반응 치료효과를 얻고자 하는 원적외선 방사파 전열 매트에 관한 것으로서,단열재 면상에 5mm간격으로 누빈 방열면 내에 전열선을 병렬방식으로 4cm(±10%)간격으로 배선한 방열면과, 방열면에 열온도 감지 제어장치(90℃)4개와 더욱더 안전장치 보강으로 전원자동 차단 타임머를 설치한 것에 비금속 전기석 토루마늄 분말을 1차 도장하고, 1차 도장된 방열면에 면사포를 덮어 2차 토루마늄 분말을 도장하고, 2차 도장된 방열면 위에 면사포를 입혀 덥개를 씌워 원적외선 방사파를 방출하여 인체 내부에 침투 효능을 발휘하도록 한다.
