PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To adjust a water supply amount at a low cost and by a simple structure even when a water supply pressure is high, and to improve durability without clogging or the like of a water supply valve even when the hardness of water supply quality to sauna equipment or an impurity inclusion amount is large.SOLUTION: In a main body installed in a sauna space 1 and provided with a blowing means 11 for blowing air, a heating means 12 for heating the air, a humidifying means 13 for humidifying the air, a ventilating means 20 for ventilating the sauna space 1 and a water supply port 14 for supplying water to the humidifying means 13, the humidifying means 13 is provided with a nozzle part for atomizing water and a water supply means for supplying water, and a flow rate adjustment control means 15 for controlling the flow rate of hot and cold water to be supplied to the nozzle part is provided inside the main body.
