The present invention relates to a composition of combined antibiotics for animals comprising florfenicol, doxycycline, and dexamethasone as medicinally effective ingredients. Specifically, the composition of the present invention comprises florfenicol, doxycycline or a veterinarily acceptable salt thereof, and dexamethasone or a veterinarily acceptable salt thereof, and further comprises, as excipients, propylene glycol, dimethyl sulfoxide, dimethyl acetamide, butyl hydroxy toluene, butyl hydroxyanisole, benzyl alcohol, and lidocaine. The composition of the present invention shows a low viscosity despite containing a high concentration of florfenicol, and when administered by a continuous injection syringe, does not cause opacity in the barrel, and thus can be easily injected and prevent the injection liquid from discoloration.
