The present invention relates to a composition of combined antibiotics for veterinary application, which contains florfenicol, tylosine, and dexamethasone as main ingredients. The composition according to the present invention comprises: florfenicol, tylosine, or a veterinarily acceptable salt thereof； dexamethasone or a veterinarily acceptable salt thereof； and glycerol formal, butylhydroxytoluene, butylhydroxyanisole, 1-methyl pyrrolidone, dimethylacetamide, and propylene carbonate as a diluting agent. The present invention relates to an excellent composition which contains high levels of florfenicol but has a low viscosity, and prevent a syringe barrel from being cloudy in the case of injecting with a continuous injector. In addition, the composition facilitates injection by greatly alleviating pain of a target animal, and has excellent medicine stability of the overall composition, thereby being able to be injected without recrystallization of an active ingredient.본 발명은 주성분으로 플로르페니콜(florfenicol), 타일로신(tylosine) 및 덱사메타손(dexamethasone)을 함유하는 동물용 복합항생제 조성물에 관한 것으로, 플로르페니콜 타일로신 또는 수의학적으로 허용가능한 염, 덱사메타손 또는 그의 수의학적으로 허용가능한 염과, 부형제로 글리세롤포말, 부틸히드록시톨루엔, 부틸히드록시아니솔, 1-메칠피롤리돈, 디메틸아세트아미드, 프로필렌카보네이트가 포함된 것을 특징으로 한다.본 발명은 고농도의 플로르페니콜을 함유하면서도 점도가 낮고, 연속주사기로 주사시 주사기 배럴(barrel)이 뿌옇게 되지 않으며, 또한 대상동물에의 통증을 크게 완화시켜 주사가 용이하고, 전체 조성물의 제제 안정성이 뛰어나 유효성분의 재결정이 생기지 않고 주사할 수 있는 우수한 조성물에 관한 것이다.
