PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a scalp care unit capable of improving a scalp care effect with an operation close to a manual motion.SOLUTION: A scalp care unit 1 includes: a frame 2 an electric motor 3 to be stored in the frame 2 a transmission mechanism 4 for transmitting the rotating operation of the electric motor 3 and treatment elements connected to the transmission mechanism 4. The transmission mechanism 4 includes: a rotation mechanism part 7 and a conversion mechanism part 8 for converting the rotation of the rotation mechanism part 7 into a reciprocative operation. The treatment elements include: multiple rotary treatment elements 5 connected to the rotation mechanism part 7 so as to perform rotating operations and one or multiple reciprocative treatment elements 6 connected to the conversion mechanism part 8 so as to perform reciprocative operations.
