The present invention goes through steps of plucking, whithering, rolling, oxidation, and drying which are traditional steps for manufacturing black tea. In particular, finely cut leaves of pine tree branches are laid on the indoor bottom in the whithering step such that pine scent can be diverged and can be primarily pervaded into tea leaves. In the drying step, crushed resinous knots of pine trees are laid at the bottom end of a drying frame at 2-3cm of depth, artificial silk is covered thereon, and then tea leaves are spread thereon such that the pine scent can be secondarily pervaded into the tea leaves for black tea.본 발명은 홍차 제다의 정통방식인 채엽, 위조, 유념, 산화, 건조, 선별의 단계를 거치면서 특히, 위조단계에서 실내 바닥에 잘게 자른 잎이 달린 소나무 가지를 깔아 둠으로써 솔향을 발산시켜 차엽에 1차적으로 솔향이 스며들도록 하는 점과 건조단계에서 분쇄한 관솔 가루를 건조틀의 하단에 2 - 3cm 깊이로 깐 후 그 위에 인견을 덮고 차엽을 펼쳐 놓음으로써 솔향이 2차적으로 홍차에 스며들도록 제다하는 점에 특징이 있다.
