The present invention relates to an apparatus for testing the performance of an IV flow controller, which can provide a substantially uniform amount of fluid to an IV flow controller whose performance is being tested. The apparatus of the present invention comprises: a fluid storage unit for storing a fluid； an IV flow controller placed to receive the fluid stored in the fluid storage unit, to discharge the fluid, and to control the amount of the discharged fluid； a measuring unit for receiving the fluid discharged from the IV flow controller to measure the flux of the fluid； and a flux control unit. The flux control unit comprises a first accommodating unit placed in between the fluid storage unit and the IV flow controller to be connected to the fluid storage unit, and a second accommodating unit placed in the first accommodating unit to be connected to the IV flow controller, primarily stores the fluid provided from the fluid storage unit in the space in between the first accommodating unit and the second accommodating unit, and secondarily lets the fluid stored in the space between the first accommodating unit and the second accommodating unit flow toward the second accommodating unit.본 발명은 성능시험 중인 수액조절기에 실질적으로 균일한 양의 유체를 제공할 수 있는 수액조절기의 성능 시험장치에 관한 것으로, 유체가 저장되는 유체 저장부； 상기 유체저장부에 저장되는 유체를 제공받아 배출하며, 상기 유체의 배출량을 조절할 수 있도록 마련되는 수액조절기； 상기 수액조절기로부터 배출되는 유체를 제공받아, 상기 유체의 유량을 측정하는 측정부； 상기 유체 저장부와 상기 수액조절기 사이에 마련되되, 상기 유체 저장부와 연통하는 제1 수용부 및 상기 제1 수용부 내부에 마련되고 상기 수액조절기와 연통하는 제2 수용부를 구비하며, 상기 유체 저장부로부터 제공되는 유체를 상기 제1 수용부와 상기 제2 수용부 사이의 공간에 1차적으로 저장하되 2차적으로 상기 제1 수용부와 상기 제2 수용부 사이의 공간에 저장된 유체를 상기 제2 수용부 측으로 유동시키는 유량조절부；를 포함하는 수액조절기의 성능 시험장치가 제공된다.
