The sea water supplying device(100) for fish farming is composed of a sea water supply unit(110) for feeding the predetermined flow of sea water and an electrolysis unit(130) for generating the electrolytic water by electrolyzing the sea water fed from the sea water supply unit. The electrolysis unit is automatically operated or stopped repeatedly at the pre-set time intervals.
