This utility model relates to a process of making organic deodorizer using effective amounts of kangkong (Ipomoea aquatica) plant, and sugarcane molasses comprising the steps of collecting kangkong plant stems just before sunrise, cutting the harvested kangkong plant stems into finger size so that the plant juice can flow out more easily, placing the cut kangkong plant stems in a basin, pouring sugarcane molasses into the basin and mixing thoroughly, putting the mixture into a container and filling the container to about 80 pcnt of its capacity, placing a weight (bag of sand) over the mixture in order to compress the plant materials and to remove air spaces, removing the weight over the mixture after one day, covering the mouth of the container with a porous cloth or paper, storing the container in a dry, cool and shaded area for fermentation in two weeks time, collecting and filtering the plant juice from the container, pouring the plant juice which is the organic deodorizer into a one liter bottle and sealing the bottles.
