PURPOSE: An animal plankton collection net is provided to separate jellyfish according to the size thereof and to measure the population of jellyfish. CONSTITUTION: An animal plankton collection net comprises: an entrance through which animal plankton flows in； an inflow net(10) which is formed in a cylindrical form and has an exit for discharging the animal plankton； a separation filter(50) which separates animal plankton according to the size thereof； and a cutting unit(60) which cuts jellyfish which is unable to pass through the separation filter. The cutting unit includes a main frame and a pivot frame.본 발명은, 해파리제거장치를 구비한 동물플랑크톤 채집망에 관한 것으로서, 동물플랑크톤이 유입되는 입구와 유입된 해파리를 배출하는 출구를 갖는 통 형상의 해파리 유입망； 동물플랑크톤 유입망으로부터 배출되는 동물플랑크톤만을 통과시키는 분리필터； 및 분리필터를 통과하지 못한 해파리를 절단하는 절단 유닛；을 포함한다. 이에 의해, 해파리를 크기에 따라 분리하고, 일정 크기 이상의 해파리는 절단할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라, 일정 크기 이상의 해파리의 개체수를 카운트할 수 있으므로, 기후 변화나 지역에 따른 해파리의 개체수 및 그 변화 등을 학술적, 실용적 목적으로 다양하게 활용할 수 있다.
