PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for estimating motion sickness, capable of correctly estimating the evaluation index of the motion sickness, and to provide its method and a vehicle including the device.
SOLUTION: The device includes: a vehicle motion detecting part 101 for detecting a vehicle action a crew posture/constitution estimating part 103 for detecting an occupant posture an occupant motion estimating part 104 for detecting the head action of the crew, based on the vehicle action and the crew posture and a motion sickness estimating part 107 for estimating probability that the crew is suffering the motion sickness, based on the head action of the crew.
