PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motion sickness reducing device and a method for reducing an unpleasant feeling and a sense of incongruity imparted to a rider.SOLUTION: This motion sickness reducing device includes a stimulation means 1 for imparting stimulation for inducing driver-like head-part-motion in the rider C of a vehicle. The stimulation member 1 pushes a part of the body positioned on the centrifugal side of the rider when turning the vehicle. The driver-like head-part-motion is induced in the rider C, and since a fellow rider can also be made to perform the driver-like head-part-motion, motion sickness of the fellow rider can be reduced.
