PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a squeezing pump capable of automatically determining whether or not a tube to be squeezed attached to an attaching recessed part has a proper diameter.SOLUTION: A squeezing pump includes: an attaching recessed part 8a to which a tube 1a to be squeezed connected to an artery side blood circuit 1 can be attached rollers 10 capable of making a liquid inside the tube 1a flow in the artery side blood circuit 1 by squeezing the tube 1a in the longitudinal direction while compressing the tube 1a attached to the attaching recessed part 8a in the radial direction a load sensor 18 capable of detecting displacement in the radial direction of the tube 1a attached to the attachment recessed part 8a and tube determining means 20 capable of determining a diameter of the tube 1a attached to the attaching recessed part 8a on the basis of the displacement detected by the load sensor 18.
