An upper hanger part hung on the wire for setting the position of the hose or the framework of the vinyl greenhouse and a lower hanger part for hanging the hose are made of a synthetic resin material. An anti-opening part made of a synthetic resin material and having an insertion protrusion formed at one side of the tip end is formed at one side of an opening of the lower hanger part. A protrusion insertion part into which the insertion protrusion of the anti-opening part is inserted is formed at the other side of the opening of the lower hanger part. One or more float installation holes are formed in the lower side of the external surface of the lower hanger part. According to the present invention, since the insertion protrusion of the anti-opening part is inserted into the protrusion insertion part, thereby easily preventing the opening of the lower hanger part from being opened due to the weight of the hose positioned on the lower hanger part.
