The present invention relates to a float for aquaculture or fishery and a method for manufacturing the same. The float is installed mainly on a fish farm or the like. Particularly, the float has increased durability and water resistance, and thus is not easily broken by shock from an external source. The float can maintain original buoyancy regardless of whether change of four seasons. Therefore, the float can be semi-permanently used and can reduce environmental pollution in the sea.
