The invention relates to a compound of formula I:(see formula I)or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt, solvate or stereoisomer thereof, or amixturethereof in any ratio, in which R1, R2, R3, n, m, p, X and Y are as defined inclaim 2,the preparation and use thereof for the preparation of a medicament for thetreatmentof diseases, in particular tumours and/or diseases that are caused, medicatedand/orpropagated by angiogenesis. The compound of formula I are effective inhibitorsoftyrosine kinases, in particular TIE-2 and VEGFR, and of Raf kinases.
