The agriculture work vehicle according to an aspect of the present invention includes: a load sensing unit for sensing a load of the PTO shaft connected to an engine output shaft directly and a PTO shaft load control device constituted with an auxiliary power source providing auxiliary power to the PTO shaft when the load is detected at the PTO shaft.
