The present invention relates to a device for producing dumpling and, more specifically, to a device for producing dumpling which includes: a dumpling stuffing feed hopper having a funnel shape a dough feed hopper having a funnel shape an extrusion pipe connected to each lower end of the dumpling stuffing feed hopper and the dough feed hopper an extrusion screw mounted inside of the extrusion pipe and having a hollow in the central part thereof and a molding roller provided in front of the extrusion pipe to form a dumpling skin by extruding dough and rolling the dumpling skin having a dumpling stuffing loaded thereon to produce a dumpling, wherein a dough feeding screw is further mounted vertically in the dough feed hopper, wherein the dough feeding screw is fixed on a feeding shaft vertically formed in the center in the dough feed hopper, has an increasing size corresponding to the funnel shape of the dough feed hopper and is spaced from an inner peripheral surface of the dough feed hopper by a predetermined distance, wherein the feeding shaft is connected to a feeding motor, and is thus rotatably operated. When dumpling skin is produced from ingredients having lower elasticity and higher viscosity than flour dough, feeding non-uniformity occurs due to characteristics of the ingredients, thereby making production of dumpling impossible.
