PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plant cultivation apparatus equipped with air-supply piping capable of changing ventilation positions for the growth of plants and supplying plants with optimal air flow whose temperature and humidity are appropriately controlled at optimal flow rate .SOLUTION: A plant cultivation apparatus has: a cultivation panel mounting a plant thereon； openings opened in the cultivation panel； a blower which sends air to allow air to go out from the openings； a pressure controller installed between the blower and the openings； and a flow meter installed between the pressure controller and the openings, and also has: an outer pipe which is installed to the opening and has a plurality of outer pipe air blowout ports at different positions in a height direction； and an inner pipe which is installed so as to be inscribed to the inside of the outer pipe, and movable inside the outer pipe, in which the inner pipe has inner pipe air blowout ports whose positions match the outer pipe air blowout ports due to relative position from the outer pipe, and the outer pipe air blowout ports and the inner pipe air blowout ports have a function of supplying air from different heights by matching different air blowout ports at different relative positions.
