The device (60) comprises a housing (50) for receiving a power supply, an air pressure sensor (44) arranged inside the housing (50) for detecting the air pressure of the external air around the housing, a seal member (48) made of elastic material for sealing the air pressure sensor and a display control unit (40). The seal member is equipped with a deformation part and an installation part. The deformation part arranged opposite to the air pressure sensor deforms along with the change of the air pressure. The installation part is formed integrally with the deformation part and is detachably arranged on the housing to seal the housing. The echo information and the air pressure detected by the air pressure sensor are displayed on a display unit by the display control unit.
