A rod reduction device includes a rod reducing member, an anchoring member, and a sleeve. The rod reducing member is configured to engage a spinal rod. The anchoring member is configured to removably attach to a bone anchor. The sleeve defines a longitudinal axis and is operably associated with the rod reducing member and the anchoring member.
