The disclosure is also related to a process for preparing and purifying these salts and their use as chemotherapeutic drugs.L'invention concerne des sels d'harringtonine à l'état solide présentant un azote protoné détecté dans une analyse d'état solide et représentés par la formule (1) comprenant un solvate obtenu par réaction d'un ester de céphalotaxine représenté par la formule (2) dans laquelle R1 représente, mais sans caractère limitatif, alkyle, aryle, cycloalkyle, hétéroalkyle, hétéroaryle ou hétérocycloalkyle, et R 2 représente indépendamment, mais sans caractère limitatif, H, alkyle, aryle, cycloalkyle, hétéroalkyle, hétéroaryle ou hétérocycloalkyle, avec un acide représenté par la formule AH dans un solvant de cristallisation. Le sel présente une solubilité dans l'eau ou dans l'alcool comprise approximativement dans une plage allant de 5 mg/m à 100 mg/Ml. L'invention concerne également un procédé de préparation de ces sels et leur utilisation en tant que médicaments chimiothérapeutiques.
