PURPOSE: A composition containing Bacillus subtilis KBC1010 strain and a culture thereof is provided to ensure excellent antifungal activity against plant pathogen including Rhizoctonia solani AG-2-2 (IV). CONSTITUTION: A wettable powder composition for preventing plant pathogen contains 5.0-50.0%(s/s) of a technical product and diluents. The technical product is prepared by culturing Bacillus subtilis KBC1010(deposit nubmer KCTC 10304BP) in a medium containing 0.1-10.0 parts by weight of dextrose and 0.1-10 parts by weight of peptone at 25-35 Deg. C. and pH 5.5-8.5. The plant pathogen is Rhizoctonia solani AG-2-2(IV), Rhizoctonia cerealis, Rhizoctonia solani AG-1(IA), Colletotrichum acutatum, or Sclerotium rolfsii. The diluents is sodium alginate, gelanized starch, corn starch, soybean cake, wheat bran, granularity fiber, diatomite, zeolite, bentonite, talc, kaolin, pyrophyllite, white carbon, or sacharides.본 발명은 바실러스 서브틸리스 KBC1010 균주 및 이의 배양액을 유효성분으로 함유하는 식물 병원균 방제용 조성물에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 토양으로부터 분리한 바실러스 서브틸리스 KBC1010 균주가 잔디 병해를 유발하는 병원균인 라이족토니아 솔라니 에이지-2-2(IV)[Rhizoctoniasolani AG-2-2(IV)]을 포함하는 다양한 식물 병원균에 대해 우수한 항진균활성을 나타내며, 기존의 유기합성 농약과 비교하여 독성이 적어, 생태계와 인축에 해를 주지않고 잔디 및 기타 식물 병원균을 방제할 수 있는 친환경 조성물로 유용하게 사용될 수 있다.
