When a plant endophytic bacteria Bacillus oryzicola YC7011 culture medium and a material separated therefrom are treated to rhizosphere and seeds of a plant, resistance of the plant is induced, and a control effect against plant disease and pest and a plant growth promoting effect are exhibited. Also, a novel compound of the present invention has a growth inhibiting effect against a plant and human pathogenic fungi. Therefore, the present invention provides six resistance-inducing novel cyclic lipopeptides and three matrix materials (Bacillopeptin A, B, and C) which, as metabolites of Bacillus oryzicola YC7011, have a plant disease and pest control effect, a growth promoting effect and an antifungal effect due to induction of resistance. In addition, provided is a novel compound which can be used in not only an environmentally friendly multi-functional natural plant protecting agent, but also in various industrial fields, through separation and purification of a culture medium by mass culturing Bacillus oryzicola YC7011.식물 내생세균 바실러스 오리지콜라(Bacillusoryzicola) YC7011 배양액과 그로부터 분리한 물질을 식물의 근권 및 종자에 처리하면 식물의 저항성이 유도되어 식물병과 해충에 대한 방제 효과를 나타내며 식물의 생육 촉진 효과를 보인다. 또한 식물 및 인체 병원 진균에 대한 생장 억제 효과를 가지고 있다. 따라서 본 발명은 바실러스 오리지콜라 YC7011의 대사 산물로서 저항성 유도로 인한 식물 병해충 방제와 생육 촉진 효과 및 항진균 효과를 가진 6가지 저항성 유도 신규 고리형 리포펩타이드와 3가지 기지 물질(Bacillopeptin A, B, C)을 제공한다. 바실러스 오리지콜라 YC7011을 대량 배양하여 배양액의 분리 정제를 통하여 친환경적인 다기능 천연식물보호제뿐만 아니라 다양한 산업 분야에 이용할 수 있는 신규 물질을 제공한다.
