PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cultivating box for plants and cultivating method using the cultivating box, which are capable of helping plants grow in the box body.SOLUTION: A cultivating box (1) comprises a micro control unit (11), a memory module (14), a light irradiation adjusting module (12), and a box body (10) having a cultivating space (Z1) for cultivating plants (3). The memory module (14) records a plurality of parameters respectively corresponding to growth conditions required for the plants (3) in each of growth stages.
