PURPOSE: An opthalmic composition containing cyclosporin A and predetermined oil is provided to ensure easy application in a production field and to improve stability.CONSTITUTION: An opthalmic composition of a nanoemulsion type with 200 nm or less of particle size contains: cyclosporin A propylene glycol monocaprylate, propylene glycol dicaprocaprate, propylene glycol laurate, medium chain triglyceride of 8-10 carbon atoms, glycetyl-1,3-diolate, glyceryl monooleate, or glyceryl linolate as oil oleoyl macrogolglyceride, linoleoyl macrogolglyceride, caprylocapryloyl polyoxyglyceride, polyoxy 35 hydrogenate castor oil, polyoxyl 40 hydrogenate castor oil, condensed product of ethylene oxide and 12-hydroxysteaic acid, or polysorbate 80 as a surfactant in an aqueous medium.
