PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow pillow package without generating slippage of a package pack from the top of a noodle block, in the state where the package pack is put on the top of the noodle block, when carrying out the pillow package while laying the package pack on the dry noodle block in manufacturing of an instant noodle.SOLUTION: At least one or more of corner parts out of the four corners of a package pack is bent or curved toward a lower side, in the rectangular package pack laid on a dry noodle block of an instant noodle. Slippage or the like of the package pack from the noodle block is reduced thereby when put on the dry noodle block of the instant noodle, by inserting a tip end of the corner part between the noodles of the dry noodle block.COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT【課題】 即席麺の製造において乾燥麺塊上に包装パックを載置してピロー包装する場合において、乾燥麺塊の上部に包装パックを載置した状態において、麺塊上部から包装パックが滑ったりせずにピロー包装できるようにする。【解決手段】即席麺の乾燥麺塊に載置される矩形状の包装パックにおいて、当該包装パックの四隅のうち少なくとも1箇所以上の隅部を下方に向って屈曲又は湾曲させる。これによって、即席麺の乾燥麺塊上に載置させた場合に隅部の先端を、乾燥麺塊の麺線同士の隙間に入れておくことで、麺塊から包装パックの滑り等を減少させる。【選択図】図2
