With communication or closing of the suction path and the flexible tube by a first switch mechanism, the irrigation path and the flexible tube are caused to be closed off from each other or to communicate with each other by a second switch mechanism. The first switch mechanism is provided in a first section inside the suction device body, and the second switch mechanism is provided inside the irrigation path between the conversion mechanism and the flexible tube. The closing valve included in the second switch mechanism is disposed at a position on a side opposite to the flexible tube relative to the first switch mechanism and the conversion mechanism.
