An embodiment of a photoacoustic probe is able to include: one or more optical fibers which radiate a laser to an object； an ultrasound probe which gathers optical sound signals generated when the object absorbs the laser； and a light reflector of fluid type which reflects a laser which is reflected, scattered, or refracted from the object in the ultrasound probe. An embodiment of a photoacoustic image apparatus includes: the photoacoustic probe which collects a photoacoustic signal by radiating a laser to an object； and a main body which converts the collected photoacoustic signal into an image signal. The photoacoustic probe is able to include the light reflector of fluid type which reflects a laser which is reflected, scattered, or refracted from an object.
