PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical image processor capable of more effectively comparing a plurality of X-ray images photographed from mutually different directions by using two photographing systems.SOLUTION: A medical image processor relating to an embodiment includes: an X-ray image acquisition part and a display magnification change part. The X-ray image acquisition part acquires X-ray image data of an object to be inspected of at least two frames corresponding to two photographing systems. A display magnification change part generates X-ray image data of two frames for display by automatically changing at least one display magnification of the X-ray image data of the two frames such that the display magnification of the X-ray image data of the two frames is a designated magnification on the basis of each distance from focal points of two X-ray tubes provided in the two photographing systems to a reference surface set to the object to be inspected and each distance from the focal points of the two X-ray tubes to a detection surface of two X-ray detectors provided in the two photographing systems.
